Roles

For business data your organization puts into Loúgeon (customers, leads, messages, invoices), your organization is the controller and Loúgeon acts as processor. For account data (your name, email, sign-in), Loúgeon is the controller.

• Organization data: records you create or import, and data from systems you connect.
• Usage data: actions, audit logs, AI usage metrics.
• Billing data: handled by our payment processor; we do not store full card numbers.
